Access Atherton

The Town of Atherton launched an online and mobile application we call Access Atherton. This tool makes it simple to report non-emergency issues from a smartphone, tablet or desktop computer. The Town tracks these issues and provides updates as they are available and resolved. These issues are addressed during normal business hours, if the report is submitted on a holiday, weekend, or after hours, it will be addressed the next business day.

Access Atherton uses the SeeClickFix tool/software below to help residents request assistance with Town services or report non-emergency issues, such as potholes, graffiti, broken sidewalks, traffic signal/sign problems, tree related issues and more.

You can download the application on your phone and and use it to report issues to the Town and receive updates and communications related to your report through the tool.

To report a concern or download and learn to use the tool - click here.

A.D.A.P.T Emergency Preparedness Tips

Preparing for a disaster is equally about mindset as it is about supplies. To have a confident mindset, attend our Saturday monthly meetings. But when it comes to supplies, you should have bags/bins filled with supplies in at least three locations: your vehicle, near your front door, and in a robust cache on your property.
