Simplicity & AccessAtherton

Simplicity: The Town uses multiple mediums to share information and promote Town activities. Simplicity pulls information from the Town's website and puts that along with other content in one place for residents and neighbors to access. To view download Simplicity - click here.

The Town of Atherton launched an online and mobile application we call Access Atherton. This tool makes it simple to report non-emergency issues from a smartphone, tablet or desktop computer. The Town tracks these issues and provides updates as they are available and resolved. These issues are addressed during normal business hours, if the report is submitted on a holiday, weekend, or after-hours, it will be addressed the next business day.

Access Atherton uses the SeeClickFix tool that can be accessed from the Town website to help residents request assistance with Town services or report non-emergency issues, such as potholes, graffiti, broken sidewalks, traffic signal/sign problems, tree related issues and more.

You can download the application on your phone and use it to report issues to the Town and receive updates and communications related to your report through the tool.

To report a concern or download the mobile application visit: www.ci.atherton.ca.us/AccessAtherton
