The City Council will have a Meeting on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at 4:00 PM. This will be a Continued Public Hearing To view the agenda click here.

The City Council will continue the discussion of changes to the Town’s Housing Element and Zoning Code to address State Housing Mandates. This includes the addition of multifamily zoning along Ravenswood, Bay/Ringwood, 23 Oakwood, and school sites. The issues discussed will include the Town’s Housing Goals and Programs, as well as the location and objective design standards for multifamily development. Standards such as height, setback, floor area maximums, parking, and more, will be discussed. 

Your participation is important to ensuring that the Council has the input of the community when making these decisions. Please submit any comments to the City Council at council@ci.atherton.ca.us.
