The 2024 Indicators Report has been published. San Mateo County has made progress in electrifying light-duty vehicle population with over 57,000 zero-emission vehicles on the road in 2023. This represents 10% of all registered vehicles. To learn more click here.

SAVE THE DATE - Atherton Holiday Celebration  

When: Friday, December 13 at 3 PM - 6PM 

Where: Atherton Library Deck (2 Dinkelspiel Station Ln) 

The Town will host the annual Tree Lighting and Holiday Celebration on December 13 starting at 3 PM. Join us for hot coco, coffee and treats, a visit with Santa, and activities hosted by the Atherton Library and Friends of the Library.

  During open Makerspace hours, we have sewing machines available for use. We recommend brining your own fabric. We have limited supplies available. This program is intended for adults and teens who are already familiar with using sewing machines. Minimal instruction will be given.

The Police Department has kicked off the annual Adelante Selby Lane Spanish Immersion School Holiday Toy Drive. 

How You Can Help:

Donate New, Unwrapped Toys: Drop off your contributions at Atherton Town Hall lobby by December 19^th.

Purchase Gifts Online: Have the gifts mailed to the Atherton Police Activities League at the address listed above to arrive by December 19^th.

Make a Monetary Donation: Your financial support will allow us to purchase toys and gift cards for children in need. Checks can be made out to the Atherton Police Activities League (501C3) and mailed to the listed address above.
