Letters Against Isolation Writing Party

We will provide blank cards, envelopes, and supplies to write and decorate your letters. Folks of all ages are welcome to join and write as many letters as supplies allow!
Musical Jamboree With Stay and Play!

Fall Prevention: Turn Awareness Into Action

Falls are not a normal part of aging. Most falls are preventable. Come and learn about ways to avoid falls and turn awareness into action. Janel has spent the last 17 years of her nursing career in community health nursing and education. She is passionate about offering evidence-based health promotion programs. She believes in collaborative, person-centered learning with the goal of providing knowledge that empowers the individual to make small, but steady, prevention-based behavior change.
