Town Communications and Civic Engagement

The City Council has identified the goal of communicating Town news and information internally and externally in a timely, cohesive, and proactive manner, so that residents are well informed and able to access information pertaining to the Town. We encourage open, two-way communication and public involvement in the decision-making processes.

We want you to stay informed about news and information important to you, and we want to hear from you with questions, comments, or whatever is on your mind. How can we improve?

How YOU can stay informed:

How it Works
Public Meetings
The Town and its various Committees and Commission serve to represent the residents of Atherton. These groups gather, synthesize, and analyze information relevant to their areas of responsibility and provide the City Council and staff with advice. The Council and staff rely on this advice for the development and execution of Town policies.

All public meetings can be found on the Town Calendar. Videos of public meetings can be accessed on our YouTube Channel.
