3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES December 3, 2014

4. PRESENTATIONS – None

5. REGULAR AGENDA

5a. Park Master Plan- Discuss changes added into the plan from the December meeting. These changes include more financial details as to cost estimates and prioritization of the projects contained in the plan.

5b. Pavilion and Main House renovations – discuss a prioritized list of items that staff can assign costs to. This information may be used to request a mid-term budget adjustment for the work suggested.

5c. BBQ areas in the Park – discussion of use of these facilities, and possible better alternatives for these areas in the park.
 
5d. Financial report – discuss the requested report of updated revenues/expenses in the park. Staff to provide a sample report, and P&R can discuss the information contained therein.

02/04/2015 a publicly noted Park Masterplan Study Session/Park and Recreation Committee meeting will take place in the Jennings Pavilion
