This meeting is compliant with the Governor’s Executive Order N-25-20 issued on March 4, 2020 and Executive Order N-29-20 issued on March 17, 2020, allowing for deviation of teleconference rules required by the Brown Act. The purpose of this is to provide the safest environment for staff and the public while allowing for public participation. The meeting will be held by tele or video conferencing. 3a. Welcome New Member
Committee will welcome new member and he will describe his background and interests as they relate to service on the Transportation Committee.
3b. Set/confirm meeting schedule for the year
The Committee will discuss the meeting calendar for the fiscal year. Meetings are scheduled on the second Tuesday of every other (odd) month and will act to confirm the meeting calendar.
3c. Appointment of Chair/Vice Chair
The Committee will act to appoint a Chair and Vice Chair for the 2020-2021 Fiscal Year.
4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES May 12, 2020 meeting minutes

5a. Town-wide Local Traffic Flow/Long Range Planning Solutions Study Ovadia, R.
Staff will provide an update on public outreach phase for the Town-wide Local Traffic Flow/Long Range Planning Solutions Study.
