The Atherton City Council will continue its discussion on important changes to the Town’s Housing Element and Zoning Code to meet State Housing Mandates. Key topics include:
- Adding multifamily zoning along Ravenswood, Bay/Ringwood, 23 Oakwood, and school sites
- Reviewing Housing Goals and Programs
- Establishing objective design standards for multifamily developments, including height, setbacks, floor area maximums, parking, and more
