Summary:
On January 30, 2026, at approximately 7:49pm, The Atherton Police Department received a call from a nearby resident reporting an audible alarm in the 100 block of Encinal Ave. Units arrived on scene and discovered a glass break door to the rear of the property. The extent of any loss remains undetermined. At this time, we do not have any suspect(s) or suspect vehicle information.
This incident is under investigation, and no other information is available at this time.

- Keep all doors and windows locked, even when you are home.
- When you are not home, making it appear that someone is home by keeping lights on, installing light timers, leaving on the TV or a radio.
