Police responded to Jennings Lane after a resident reported seeing a suspicious person (Ellis) inside their home. Atherton Police Officers responded to the scene and arrested Ellis near the Middlefield Road/Jennings Lane intersection.
Ellis, a 45 year old Redwood City resident, was booked into the San Mateo County Jail.
