At 1534 hours, Atherton Police Department and Menlo Fire responded to a vehicle vs pedestrian collision at El Camino Real and Almendral Avenue. Southbound El Camino Real lanes are closed from 5th Street and northbound lanes are reduced to one (1) lane of travel until further notice. An unidentified pedestrian has been transported to Stanford Hospital with serious injuries.
