[ARCHIVED] Brain Health & Wellness Seminar

RWC Brain Healthy Aging (2)

We warmly invite you to join us on Wednesday, October 23rd, 2024, for a Seminar on "Brain Health & Wellness: Strategies to Stay Mentally Sharp". This is a special event designed to support the well-being of older adults. In collaboration with Kensington Place, the Town of Atherton and the Atherton Senior Task Force, we are bringing together a panel of aging experts who will offer valuable insights into maintaining mental sharpness and overall wellness as we age. The event will cover topics such as cognitive health, emotional balance, physical well-being, and fall prevention, providing actionable tips to enhance your quality of life.

Our lineup of speakers include Dr. Grace Nadolny, who is the medical director of geriatric psychiatry at El Camino Hospital, Freddy Silva (CPT) who is the founder Punch for Parkinson’s, and Dr. Mehrdad Ayati, who is an adjunct clinical assistant professor of medicine at Stanford University and the founder of the Geriatric Concierge Center.

The event will take place from 4:00pm to 5:30pm at the Atherton Council Chambers, 80 Fair Oaks Lane, Atherton. Whether you're looking to improve brain health or adopt healthier lifestyle habits, this event is a perfect opportunity to learn from the best. Space is limited, so please be sure to RSVP by emailing Mariella at mmacuil@kensingtonsl.com soon to secure your spot. Light refreshments will be served, and we look forward to welcoming you!
