Dear Atherton Resident,
You are invited to join Senator Josh Becker and San Mateo County Supervisor Ray Mueller for a special community Meet and Greet with our new San Mateo County Sheriff, Ken Binder, on Thursday, March 5. Please note the updated location for this event: Las Lomitas School, Cano Hall.
Sheriff Binder brings decades of law‑enforcement experience and a strong commitment to community‑centered policing, transparency, and public safety. This gathering offers an important opportunity to hear directly from him about his priorities for the County and his vision for strengthening safety partnerships with local communities.
We will also be joined by Menlo Park Police Chief Dave Norris and Atherton Police Chief Steve McCulley, who will be in attendance to support the conversation and engage with residents about local safety initiatives.
This event is designed to foster open dialogue, provide updates on public‑safety efforts, and give residents a chance to connect directly with regional law‑enforcement leadership. Your participation helps strengthen the collaborative relationship between our community and the agencies that serve and protect it.
