3.         APPROVAL OF MINUTES – October 2, 2019 Minutes

4.         PRESENTATIONS –

    4a. Knox Playschool Update from Susan Knox – Susan Knox will give an update on the Playschool
 attendance, what is working well and any site issues.
 5.         REGULAR AGENDA

    5a. Discussion and action on alternative location(s) of an art piece inside Holbrook-Palmer Park donated by
                 the Park Foundation. Staff will present recommendation to City Council on November 20th.

    5b. Discussion and action on alternative location(s) of an off-leash dog area at Holbrook-Palmer Park. Staff
                 will present recommendation to City Council on November 20th.

    5c. Discussion of what to present and action to be taken for the Park and Recreation presentation to City
                 Council on November 20th.  

    5d. Review Park Stakeholders 2019 List of Park Projects for a future recommendation to the City
                 Council for the 2020-2021 budget. 

6.         DISCUSSION ITEMS – None         

    6a. Discussion on forming a wish list for donors for park items to be voted on at a future Park & Recreation
                 meeting.
